Regular domestic flights will be resumed from/to Nur-Sultan and Almaty and to the cities of Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kokshetau, Taraz, Taldykorgan and Pavlodar. The Chief State Doctor on Transport Sadvokas Baibulov reported in his decree, Toppress.kz corresponds.
1. At the same time, the heads of airline companies must ensure that only employees who have passed COVID-19 test and have personal protective equipment are allowed to work.
2. This requirement also applies to passengers: registration and boarding will be carried out strictly if there is a relevant COVID-19 certificate. Besides, admission to the work of employees at the on-board catering facilities will be also carried out upon presentation of certificates.
3. In addition, a temperature examination of employees before the flight will be mandatory.
4. Passengers should keep a safe distance of 1m when registering, boarding and alighting from an aircraft.
5. Before resuming regular flights, all airlines must audit the air conditioning, ventilation, and filter replacement systems on aircrafts.
6. On board the aircraft should keep in stock a personal protective equipment (masks, gloves), hand sanitizers, disinfectants.
7. During the flight the movement of passengers will be limited in the cabin, as well as a queue near the toilet.
