Two more people die in Kazakhstan from coronavirus

On May 15, two more people died of COVID-19 in Kazakhstan, bringing the country’s death toll to 34, Toppress.kz correspondent reports citing www.coronavirus2020.kz. The number of people who have been discharged from hospitals since the outbreak of the disease reached 2,558. 

According to the latest official data, the total number of confirmed cases in the country reached 5,689 including in:

·Nur-Sultan – 1173,

·Almaty – 1689,

·Shymkent – 255,

·Akmola region – 114,

·Aktobe region – 213,

·Almaty region – 191,

·Atyrau region – 474,

·East Kazakhstan region – 56,

·Zhambyl region – 201,

·West Kazakhstan region – 279,

·Karaganda region – 212, 

·Kostanay region – 72,

·Kyzylorda region – 232,

·Mangystau region – 141,

·Pavlodar region – 155,

·North Kazakhstan region – 36,

·Turkestan region – 196.
