Deputy of the Chairman of National Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan “Atameken” Yerbol Ustemirov informed on the measures of the state support for small and medium size businesses, reported a Toppress.kz correspondent.
National Chamber of Commerce conducted a survey among entrepreneurs. 74% informed on activity problems. 54% of them considered to send employees on indefinite leave, or to reduce working hours. 20% spoke on the shed of staff, – said Ustemirov.
He also said that 86% of applicants spoke of weakening their financial standing. Whereas 59% of them spoke of the problems with rent payment, 22% – labour remuneration, 5% – the utility payments.
Considering the results and analysis of all requests we have formed the entrepreneurs’ solution on the facilitating measures in emergency situation. Thus, 31% of businessmen asked for credit payment delay, 33% asked to admit emergency situation as force majeure, 28% asked for tax remissions, 8% asked to facilitate the labour resources, – The Chairman of NCC “Atameken” has announced.
According to the speaker, due to the results of this particular survey a package supporting the business was formed, which was implemented in two decrees of government as of 20 and 27 March.
