Strict quarantine rules might be eased not only in Nur-Sultan and Almaty, but other regions of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister Askar Mamin said at a government session on April 21.
Since April 20 the quarantine regime has been eased in Nur-Sultan and Almaty. Industrial enterprises, construction companies and other services providers have already started working. Depending on the epidemiological situation, we will continue to gradually ease the quarantine regime, allowing other enterprises and business entities to work, he noted.
Prime Minister also announced that similar measures will be taken in other regions of the country.
However, it will only be possible if people keep strictly observing sanitary and epidemiological safety rules, he stressed.
