Adapting systems are needed for quick response to extreme situation of different character.
The methods of demographic control should be elaborated as well as telemedicine and remote diagnostic applied.
It is necessary to strengthen national sanitary-epidemic service. By public opinion, COVID-19 and relevant viruses are not onetime cases. Thus, we should always be ready both practically and scientifically. The government has to establish the Council of biological security with reputable scientists and experts.”
