Marat Shoranov has been appointed as the First Vice Minister of Health of Kazakhstan, Toppress.kz correspondent reports citing press service of the Prime Minister.
Marat Shoranov was born in 1975 in Almaty. He graduated from the Kazakh State Medical University, studied at the Dzharbusynov Urology Research Center and Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Over the years, he worked as a researcher at the Dzharbusynov Urology Research Center and Scientific Research Institute of Radiation Medicine and Ecology in Semey, and a senior researcher at the research laboratory of the Higher School of Public Health.
Azhar Giniyat has been appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Health after Lyazat Aktayeva was relieved of her duties. Azhar Giniyat was born in 1969 in West Kazakhstan region. In 1992, she graduated from the Aktobe State Medical Institute with a degree in pediatrician, in 2007 from the Yessenov Aktau State University, in 2015 – Almaty Management University.
As reported earlier, on June 25 Yelzhan Birtanov was relieved of his duties as Health Minister of Kazakhstan. The same day, Alexey Tsoi was appointed to the post.
