The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan totalled 11,308 — with more than 5,900 considered active, Toppress.kz correspondent reports citing coronavirus2020.kz. A total of 41 deaths have been reported since the pandemic began.
According to the latest official data, the total number of confirmed cases in the country reached 11,308 including in:
• Nur-Sultan – 2,207,
• Almaty – 2,647,
• Shymkent – 867,
• Akmola region — 166,
• Aktobe region — 343,
• Almaty region — 361,
• Atyrau region – 1,105,
• East Kazakhstan region — 135,
• Zhambyl region — 380,
• West Kazakhstan region – 665,
• Karaganda region – 932,
• Kostanay region – 182,
• Kyzylorda region — 402,
• Mangystau region — 272,
• Pavlodar region – 206,
• North Kazakhstan region — 59,
• Turkestan region – 379.
At the moment, 5,404 people are considered recovered.
